About the Mentor

Hadia Omer is a dedicated Islamic educator with over 8 years of experience conducting Islamic halaqas and delivering Quranic teachings to diverse age groups. She holds a Diploma in Islamic Scholarship, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in Tafsir (Quranic exegesis), Tajwid (Quranic Recitation), Seerah (Prophetic biography), Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), and Aqeedah (theology).

Her passion for imparting Islamic knowledge has led her to facilitate engaging and insightful Tafsir and Seerah classes for children, youth, and adults. In addition to leading community halaqas, Hadia Omer has taught at MCC Sunday School, where she has nurtured young minds with love and patience, instilling in them a deep understanding of the Quran and the Sunnah.

Known for her approachable demeanor and commitment to the spiritual growth of her students, Hadia Omer emphasizes the importance of combining knowledge with action and encourages learners to develop a meaningful connection with Allah (Rabb).
